How I Can Help

I offer an integrative approach that blends humanistic and psychodynamic perspectives with deep listening and authenticity at its core. Alongside in-room sessions, I provide equine-assisted psychotherapy (no riding involved), where horses offer grounding, honest connection, and presence. I also help clients navigate relationship challenges, exploring patterns and creating new ways of relating. My work is tailored to each person’s unique story, offering a safe space for healing, clarity, and meaningful change.
