In-person, Online and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy for Individuals and Couples.
About me
I’m Martina, a psychotherapist working in Richmond.
Real change begins when you feel truly heard — without judgment, without pressure, just genuine understanding.
My role is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore what’s on your mind, reconnect with yourself, and take the next steps toward meaningful change.
“The Relationships We Choose Define the Quality of Our Life – Starting with the Relationship We Have with Ourselves.”
How I can help
I offer an integrative approach that blends humanistic and psychodynamic perspectives with deep listening and authenticity at its core.
Alongside in-room sessions, I provide equine-assisted psychotherapy (no riding involved), where horses offer grounding, honest connection, and presence.
I also help clients navigate relationship challenges, exploring patterns and creating new ways of relating.
My work is tailored to each person’s unique story, offering a safe space for healing, clarity, and meaningful change.
